If you watch how Pacman fights, then you know and see how he throws fake punches all over the place that his opponent doesn't know where to move, so fast and so many that eventually they get caught with true punches and that's what knock them the fuk out.

well they can do the testing right after the fight. If he really wants pacquiao to fight him in full conditioned then he should agree to do the testing after the fight. it's clear that he is scared. the bitch is scared that pacquiao might beat the fuck out of him. he doesn't wanna stain his record.
