Manny's speed, angles of attack & work rate are phenomenal. However Mayweather's defensive shoulder roll technique & counter punchin ability are also phenomenal. Mayweather's advantage is that his defence is better than Manny's attack. HOWEVER, Manny is the people's champion, who surrenders to god and is fearless in the ring. Based on mental and physical skill Mayweather is superior, but can Manny's heart overwhelm him is the big question! Although I believe Floyd would win, it's hard 2 call...

Mayweather - He avoids their punches very well, makes them tired, knocks them down, win a unanimous decision.
