    Floyd got offered 65 mil to fight Manny and turned the offer down. Floyd wants no part in that fight, the guy is scared of loosing his 0, being KTO and being humilliated in front of millions. His face on the canvas will be on the highlight reels of youtube forever, that would be hard to come to grips with and live down. I don't think any amount of money would make that fight happen for Floyd. I guarantee you when Manny agrees to take the tests Floyd will come up with more excuses to back out.

    Pacquiao is EASY WORK FOR FLOYD. All Pacquiao has to do is step up to the plate and accept the RANDOM BLOOD TESTING, JUST LIKE SHANE MOSLEY ACCEPTED. Floyd accepted ALL PACQUIAOS DEMAND, Pacquiao didnt accept floyd and its not like floyd is making pacquiao due a test thats he not going to do. Pacquiaos camp know that Floyd would win the fight, and that innactivity about floyd doesnt matter. Floyd can take years off and still kick pacquiaos ass.

    Floyd is not ripped out of the P4P rankings. He is no longer #2 or #3.
    Floyd will only fight if he thinks he will win the fight & will not lose his zero.

    Notwithstanding Floyd's claims that he was watching Lady Gaga's concert, he saw how Pacquiao knock Shane down and got scared even more. Judging Shane Mosley's statement, it's safe to say that Pacquiao hits harder and moves faster than Floyd. So yeah, forget about Floyd growing a pair and fighting Pacquiao.
