    If I'm not mistaken, the reason Chavez even got a shot at that belt in the first place is that the sanctioning body stripped Sergio Martinez of it. Martinez thinks that that belt is rightfully his, and I agree with him. Chavez Jr., if you think that you deserve that belt more than Sergio Martinez does, then you have to fight him, and you have to fight him next. Be like your father and rise to the occasion. You're a world champion now. Fight the middleweight king of the world.

    I think Martinez is good but not great like he's made out to be throw him in with technical boxer and see what happens I think he's a 1 hit wonder like Maidana .

    Martinez is a natural 154-pounder and a small middleweight. Pacquiao was able to fight Margarito at a catchweight of 150 pounds. By that fact, there's no reason Pacquiao-Martinez can't be made weight-wise. The only obstacle I can think of is that idiot Arum who keeps saying, "Oh, I know Pacquiao can beat Martinez, but I don't want him to get hurt like he did against Margarito." Fuck me. Are you serious!? THIS IS BOXING, DUMBASS! PEOPLE ARE SUPPOSED TO GET HURT! The hell...

    im a filipino and im a boxing fan, and im impress w/ the way sergio martinez fighting style, i hope he will fight pacquiao, it will be an awesome fight for both boxers and the fans of both boxers and the boxing fans out there who loves to see great fights.

    He want Manny and i say he can't handle Manny coz Manny is too manny for him to handle, specially he is a aggresive fighter. a counter pncher would be a good match with Manny.

    Martinez is one of those super athletes who can excell at any sport he does. His style seems to be very exhausting, but can easily maintain it for 12 rounds.

    Martinez looked so confident coz he was fighting somebody who just got out of alcohol rehab. Pavlik wasn't in his best.
